We are inviting our classmates who are interested to go with the core group for a final ocular visit at our reunion venue at Island Cove Resort and Leisure Park on December 29, 2006 at about 1:30 pm.
Our meeting place will be at Pancake, Blue Wave, Macapagal Highway, Reclamed Area about 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
Our visit would cover the following:
1. To make a 50% downpayment for the total attendees of our Reunion 2007.
2. To finalize reservation of attendees and designate room assignments and pairings on double sharing per room.
3. To finalize our orders of souvenir t-shirts complete with sizes, color and logo design.
4. Finalize venue arrangements.
5. Arrange for Professional photographer/video cameraman.
6. Preliminary practice for emcees, dancers, sounds and lighting effects.
7. Other Concerns.
For those interested to go with the core group please advise Maam Calma Bagos. Please confirm earlier. We hope those (local classmates) who were assigned in the different working group committees will take part in this endeavor if necessary.
Lorna appreciate if we may be furnished with the updated listings of attendees who will be coming over from the states to finalize arrangements of booking and payment.
